A very disturbing video (shown below) was posted online by a pastor. According to the pastor, the video shows exorcism of a young woman of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean. The video was posted to the Facebook Page of “Life by Faith Ministries” and captioned “13 Demons Cast Out From Teen.”

The video starts off with the pastor speaking “Fire” on the demons inside the girl’s body. The girl can be seen rolling, contorting, distorting, and screaming on the floor. The pastor commanded the demon to speak, asking it (or them) how many are in the girl’s body. They told him thirteen, and said that they are in the foot, belly, brain, and other places.

The pastor then asked the demons how they got to possess the girl. The demons responded that an evil person (or persons) evoked them and summoned them to possess the girl by putting her photo at a cemetery.

The pastor asked the demons what is their assignment in the girl’s body. They responded that their assignment is to kill and destroy her.

Next, the pastor proceeded to command the demons to leave the girls’ body which they did, one by one, through great screaming, contortion of the face and body, and shrieking.

The video is truly frightening and seems to betray indeed a demonic nature. However, there were skeptics who argued that it was only good acting, a paid performance to dupe people.

Whether this is acting or real, I cannot say with utmost certainty. However, I can offer my opinion that I think it is not acting. There are stories of demonic possession in all corners of the earth, and in every case, the behavior is almost the same, and so is the method of casting them out. These cases are not connected to one other. They are of people unconnected so it is unlikely that they all would have planned to act in the same way for the same purpose.

Further, I have witnessed two cases in church which were rather bizarre. A pastor was praying for the entire church and anointing them with oil. However, when he anointed a young woman, she started to scream and back-peddle as though she were on fire. This continued for about five minutes. I witnessed another such case at another church and the behavior was similar. It is not unlikely that demons do possess people given the evidence presented, unless there is a scientific explanation for it, which, up to now, I have not been made aware of any.
